These terms apply to the customer-care text messaging program offered by Sellers & Associates LLC, doing business as Sellers & Associates.

What you are signing up for

By separately opting in, you agree to receive informational customer-care text messages from Sellers & Associates LLC at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include responses and follow-ups about your quote request, appointment coordination, and policy-service questions. Messages may be sent using automated technology. This opt-in does not authorize promotional or marketing text messages.

You must be authorized to give consent for the number provided. Providing a phone number or submitting a quote request alone is not consent to text messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing insurance or receiving assistance.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests and service needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan or charges.

How to stop text messages

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. You may receive a message confirming your opt-out. You can also ask us to stop texting you by calling 573-200-8337 or emailing will@insuredwithsellers.com. Opting out of texts does not cancel your insurance coverage or prevent you from contacting us by phone or email.

Delivery and insurance requests

Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability and may be delayed or unavailable. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please call us for time-sensitive assistance.

Please do not send sensitive personal or payment information by text. Insurance coverage cannot be bound, changed, or canceled through this website. A text message or automated reply does not confirm coverage; coverage is not effective until confirmed in writing by a licensed representative and the issuing carrier.
